Lee F. Pallardy, III, MAI
Lee Pallardy is a Tampa native and graduated from Jesuit High School and the University of Notre Dame.
Upon graduation from college, Lee returned to Tampa and worked for Freedom Federal Savings & Loan for two and one-half years. He then joined his father in the appraisal firm of Pallardy-Watrous, Inc., and has been actively involved in the appraisal, brokerage, development, and financing of real estate since that time. Lee is a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation. He is a registered real estate broker, a certified residential contractor, and a Florida-certified general real estate appraiser. Lee has been a director of the West Coast Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, a Region X Representative and a member of the National Ethics & Counseling Panel.
Lee has been active in the community since his graduation from Notre Dame. He is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and has served on the Parish Council. Lee was on the Board of Directors of Metropolitan Ministries for seven years and served as chairman. He has served on the Board of Trustees of St. Mary’s Episcopal Day School and is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Jesuit High School. Lee coached youth soccer for the YMCA and little league baseball for Tampa Bay Little League.
Lee has been actively involved in the appraisal of all types of real estate on the West Coast of Florida. His experience includes the appraisal of corporations and partnerships and the appraisal of minority interests in entities owning real estate. He is qualified as an expert witness in many circuit courts and in federal courts.
